The pandemic has increased the need for online learning. Even before COVID-19, education technology was seeing rapid expansion and acceptance, with worldwide ed-tech investments reaching US$18.66 billion in 2019 and the whole industry for online education anticipated to reach $350 billion by 2025. And there are strong reasons for the increase in its demand. Remote learning ensures safety, time management, and flexible learning and teaching. Moreover, when online learning provides high-quality education, students and parents are bound to select the online medium for education. The focus on each child, doubt clearing sessions, customised worksheets, and engaging activities are all reasons for the high demand for online teaching and learning.
