    Discipline should be administered in a civil and kind manner wherever possible. Asking the pupil to cease misbehaving is the first step. This is a simple method to issue a warning. Students, on the other hand, must be encouraged to work together. Verbal and physical abuse should not be used in any form. Your child’s social standing may suffer as a result, and the ramifications might be far more severe.
    Children’s growth and needs are initially communicated to parents. Their position as a teacher and the necessity of their engagement in education should also be explained. Involving your parents in the process can help them have a better perspective on the matter.
